and Rehabilitation

  • Lower limb soft tissue overload injuries:

    • Achilles tendinopathy, proximal hamstring tendinopathy (PHT) and patella tendinopathy.

    • Plantar Fasciopathy

    • Soleus aponeurotic tears including chronic and recurrent calf and hamstring strains.

  • Runners knee i.e anterior / lateral knee pain: patella femoral joint pain (PFJP) and illiotibial band syndrome (ITBS)

  • Lower limb bone stress injury (Gd 1-4): 

    • Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (MTSS)

    • Femoral (inc. neck of femur), tibial, navicular, cuboid, metatarsal bone stress injury / fractures

    • Sesamoiditis

  • Complex sporting hip and groin injury

    • Labral tears / FAI (Hip / femero-acetabular hip impingement)

  • Complex sporting foot and ankle injury

  • Acute ligament injury (Gd 1-3)

    • Lateral ankle sprains (ATFL/PTFL/CFL)

    • High Ankle sprains (AITFL / Syndesmosis)

    • MCL / PCL / ACL

  • Athletic Low Back Pain

    • Sciatica

    • Muscle Spasm

    • Chronic stiffness
